Not only were they polite, knowledgeable, reliable, patient and expedient, but also completely transparent and open about the pros and cons of the car I was buying - I cannot rate them high enough! The car that I purchased was also cleaned to an amazingly high standard, it was serviced, and it came with 1 year MOT, and half a tank of petrol! So I left the car show room with a big smile, lots of confidence, an amazing car, and a complementary bottle of wine! Also, following the car sale when I had a query they continued to go above and beyond to ensure I was a happy customer! The best dealership I have ever dealt with. Friendly, knowledgeable and all cars are top condition. Always helpful and really impressed with the valet on my wrx sti when I picked it up. We arrived early and they were still really helpful. Will be recommended to friends, family and owners groups.

Very friendly and professional set up. Their cars are of a high standard, and well presented. They are open with any things they've noticed (and are in the process of correcting) with the cars they're selling.

What I felt let's them down slightly is the way they provide feedback on your car that you're looking to part exchange. They appear to be overly critical of small things. I personalty this was to push down the price they're prepared to offer you. In short, I viewed many cars at many dealers, and ultimately decided to proceed witha purchase at another dealer. It ultimately came down to the part-ex price, as the other dealer was prepared to pay £1,000 more for my car.

Overall, they're a super-friendly and professional dealership, selling quality cars, but maybe should consider their approach to part-ex valuations in a little more detail.

Customer service at Richtoy is 5 star. The staff go above and beyond to make your selling/buying experience very smooth and enjoyable. They are so friendly, honest and professional and nothing is too much bother. My daughter recently exchanged her car here and she was treated so well. She only had to wait a few days to collect and on collection, the car was just as she expected and spotles too. Highly recommend Richtoy.
